The Limited Edition Quest Reward this week is the Rockadeer. You will receive this item for completing the Revenge of the Simch Quest which is relatively easy and not very time consuming, but is this rocking Reindeer any good?
You may already have the previous Rockin' Horse that was released as part of the Land Expansion Abandoned Items, the new Rockadeer is more or less the same except that it will raise both your 'Fun' need by using the 'Reindeer Rock' action but will also raise your 'Sleep' need by using the alternative 'Gentle Rock' action, which is what makes this item a definite upgrade on its predecessor.
Do you have a children's bedroom or games room as part of your The Sims Social house? If so, then this Limited Edition Quest Item may well be a welcome addition although not everyone's cup of tea. If nothing else, it will raise your House Value by +2700 and can be sold for 350 Simoleons. We like the Rockadeer, mainly for the benefit of offering to raise two needs. Especially the 'Sleep' need, as it saves time and Energy from ruffling those bed sheets and doesn't decrease your bladder like the Coffee Machines will.
