Let me tell you how Sims Social developers have hit us with a couple whammies this week, with new lawn items, free items, the land expansions as well as the new swimwear collection. I have the pleasure of bringing you the latest in the swim wear collection. Some of these items are too hot for T.V.! I'm just blown away by the Mai swimsuit, it's the sexiest suit to hit the Sims Social, most expensive as well costing 120 in sim cash. Can you say "WOWSER!!!" I know I did when I tried it on my sim. Then we have the SumUp dress it's a cute look, comes in black & aqua, for some odd reason the black costs 75 sim cash, the aqua is 55 sim cash. There's a swimsuit a little less risque called the MariTime swimsuit costing 45 simcash. However if your one of the less fortunate like me, you can always opt for the AquaSwim top costing 1750 in simoleons & the AquaSwim bottom costing 1250 in simoleons. There's also some wraps available called SumUp skirts & they can be purchased with simoleons.
No swimsuit will be complete without some sandals and bling. Starting with the Ascot hat costing 35 sim cash, & The Jackie Glo sunglasses which I personally love, costing 45 sim cash. The sandals in this collection are cool, named after the goddesses themselves, costing between 20-55 in sim cash. There's some really nice jewelry costing some really nice sim cash. The Millionaire bracelet costing a whopping 145 in sim cash, you'll need to damn near be a millionaire to purchase that one. OOPS did I say that out loud? Oh I'm sorry I was being sarcastic lol. I do love the new earrings especially those Little Star earrings costing 35 sim cash & the Millionaire Star necklace costing 125 sim cash. No sim cash? Don't fret there's a new pair of earrings called Aquamarine which you can purchase with 1750 simoleons. I'm going to have to say this collection was more so for the elite, and the pricing is a little high, but overall these items are really nice, for a really nice price.
As for the male sim the items are priced a little better. With speedos called Fasties Red & Fasties Black costing a mere 250 in simoleons, and sandals called SumUp Surf in red & SumUp Med in black costing only 550. The Hawiian Style shirts called SumUp Honolulu in red & SumUp Hawaii in torquoise are a nice price & can be purchased for social points, leaving us only 2 items that cost sim cash. The swim shorts called Crusp shorts & SportOfAll shorts costing 55 & 65 in sim cash.
Overall we are very pleased with the new items, but there's a huge difference in the pricing of female & male clothing. We still would like to see more new items costing simoleons.
