Have you been wanting to put that little summer touch to your The Sims Social homes? Well with this weeks update you can! With 51 NEW Summer Items including Wallpapers, Tiles, Decorations and the usual Outside Furniture you'd expect to find. So let us show you whats on offer for you this week, and what we think are the 'Fansite Picks' and the very best of this Summery bunch:
Grab yourself some fencing, whether it be a Brick Wall or Picket Fence there going to be all the rage this week and will definitely differentiate your The Sims Social home from your garden. Seeing as the games developers have taken away the incentive actions from the Dunkin' Donuts Lawn Chair with the last update we think you may now want something prettier and less intrusive on the eye as a Lounger so the SolTrain Lounger which we featured as an Unreleased Item last week is perfect. The Aquatix Thrill makes our 'Fansite Picks' purely for beauty but has a heavy price tag at 55 SimCash but will add a staggering 8150 House Value and looks amazing. Your pick of Topiary is obviously subjective but we believe you need at least one and our favourite is the 1150 Social Points Spheres Topiary. To top it off, we believe the next item is a MUST HAVE in your The Sims Social home alongside the Aquatix Delux Aquarium. The Air and Air Pool will not only add 9500 House Value but will only set you back 4500 Social Points, Bargain! Plus it will raise 'Fun' and 'Sleep' heavily.

Now you may have also seen an advert for the SolTrain Gazebo. This is only a purchase to be made if you have very deep pockets as at 149 SimCash ($20 Real Life Dollars) it is VERY expensive, but will add an absolutely amazing 22,000 House Value and you'll be the envy of your The Sims Social neighbours. Also adding +19 Fun and +19 Social we hope it has some pretty fantastic actions for that price. If you have been struggling to find it in your The Sims Social store, go and check the last page of the 'Outdoor' section. It is not listed as a 'Special Item' for some reason?
