The first ever The Sims Social items sale is currently taking place, with up to 70% off some of the older furniture and decorations to feature in our favourite online Facebook game. With over 100 items on there way in the next 48 hours, we thought we'd create a list of some of the best items to make sure you own before they are gone forever:'Landscape Easel'
We were pretty shocked to discover that one of the Skill Items would be departing Littlehaven. The Landscape Easel is not part of a discount price, but its essential for lower level players to grab this Level 30+ Music Skill Item so that you can make sure your Art Skill Level is topped out for new Skill Items in the future.
'Selection of Outdoor Rocks'
We're sure these selection of garden rocks will be replaced with newer, fresher designs in the future, however as there is no tool in The Sims Social at the moment to create a Pond or Lakes In Your Sims Garden, players have been creating them with these cheap garden rocks and blue floor tiles. To make sure that you can continue to design cool pools you need to make sure that you have a good stock of outdoor rocks before they dissapear.
When the Modern Luxury Week hit The Sims Social, it was one of the first times players had seen items and decorations priced over 10,000 Simoleons with House Value bonuses that left you weak at the knees. These items are now listed in the Sale and you can boost your House Value by +7400 for only 6250 Simoleons and a black and white designer Plains painting to boot, added with the Exodus for 1050 Social Points and the Liquid Painting for 3600 Simoleons, overall you could boost your House Value by +20,000 and also have your home looking modern and contemporary in the process.
'Perpetulux - Sable and Zecutime City White Chair'
The Living Room furniture section of The Sims Social store is receiving a major tidy up as part of The Big Item Sale and although there are lots of cool bargains to pick up, in our opinion the top purchases are the ultra cool green launch day 'More to Like' Perpetulux - Sable chair and Zecutime City White Chair that will provide saving of over 27 SimCash.
