It's official! Developers EA and Playfish have made The Sims Social bigger than Farmville. Zynga have lead the social network casual online gaming industry with their flagship game Farmville for years, but this week that reign has come to an end as The Sims Social overtook them with Active Daily Players. With over 42 Million active players to Farmvilles 36 Million, but can The Sims Social maintain this and stay there?


The Sims Social has only been live for just over 1 month, so Playfish have a long way to go to maintain this astonishing launch success. We're pleased to see that most of the launch glitches and bugs have near enough all been ironed out from what we can see and this seems to be one of the main reasons why The Sims Social gained a massive 11 Million Active Players since last week, making it the biggest rising online game on Facebook.
