Last week The Sims Social Fansite EXCLUSIVELY informed you all of the first Limited Edition Item for The Sims Social online Facebook game. We understand there has been quite a lot of confusion regarding the poster, as the link was posted and taken down literally straight away. The poster originally came via The Sims 3 Official Facebook page through this link (We are unaware if this still works as our staff have already claimed the item)


Once the poster was placed in your home in The Sims Social you could 'Claim Exclusive Gifts' as an in game action which would then ask you in some cases for a unique code. After further investigation, it seems these were only available to players within the USA and allowed a 35% discount off The Sims 3 PC game.


So don't worry anyone who thought they have missed some more in game The Sims Social Limited Edition Special items, you haven't! IT literally was just a discount for The Sims 3 PC game. Let us know if you managed to grab the Sims Social Family Poster which adds a mere $700 to your house value but in it's own right is very special!
