Well, we think it definitely looks amazing although it may not suit the more modern house designs, but if you have an old cottage or winter cabin set up, then from the three Hot Tubs available so far this is definitely the one for you. The Loguinn Hot Tub will raise three of your needs 'Bathe' and 'Hot Tub Time' will raise your 'Hygiene' need, 'Splash' will raise your 'Fun' need and 'Relax' will of course raise your 'Sleep' need. Raising three needs with one item is a rarity in The Sims Social items thus far so that is a perk right there.



Your Facebook friends and Neighbours will also be able to enjoy the above interactions with the exception of 'Bathe'. For 119 SimCash the Laguinn Hot Tub will also raise your House Value by a staggering +17,600.


The Laguinn Hot Tub has however already had its own bit of controversy within The Sims Social universe with players complaining that it has been released too soon to last weeks Ultimate Hot Tub and with the change in theme, many players believe they have not had enough time to benefit from the previous Limited Edition SimCash item. It is not only within the gaming community that the Laguinn Hot Tub has sparked problems as if you were observant, you may have noticed on arrival into The Sims Social, this wooden Hot Tub was called the Loguinn Jacuzzi with the action 'Jacuzzi Time'. This was very quickly amended by Playfish and EA over problems with Jacuzzi being a registered trademark for a world famous Hot Tub brand.


But should you buy it? We think it's a nice attractive and distinctive item and if your home suits its wooden charm then it is most probably worth the 119 SimCash price tag. The actions are not a million miles away from the previous Hot Tubs in The Sims Social and the original Social Points CleviClean Sensation is probably the most value for money but lacks 'Relax'.
