The Sims Social today launched 'Haunted House Week' and with it comes many new things.
First off is the New Quest 'Once Bitten...' which consists of 6 Parts. As with the previous Halloween Quests, it has a four day timer counting down, if you manage to complete the Once Bitten Quest within this time then you can add the Limited Edition 'Cuckoo Clock' Special Item to your The Sims Social items collection.
The Halloween Pipe Organ which we previewed earlier this week has dropped today and unlike predictions it is available for Simoleons not SimCash. The Pipe Organ isn't the cheapest or smallest item to have ever been released at 7500 Simoleons, but like The Haunted Easel and Haunted Desk, if you complete all of the Halloween Music Skill Levels you will receive a Golden Inferno Version.
The Sims Social developers seem to have been listening to the complaints of it's players over the last couple of weeks about it been too hard for players without tones of neighbours, to collectHalloween Ingredients to Skill Up, Build and Complete the Halloween tasks. There resolution has been to make Glass Eyes, Toads and Trick & Treats available as Giftable Items. You can send these just as you would normally via the presents box in the top right hand corner of your screen, which has changed from green to fiery red.
Along with these updates are the usual New Items drop which we will cover in our weekly 'Fansite Picks' article and the usual New Clothing for both Male and Female Sims which we'll go into more details about later today. There may be more hidden little surprises lurking deep in the 'Haunted House Week' update and when we find them you'll be the first to know about them.
Have you accessed the game since the new update? What do you think? Are you at work or out and about but can't wait to get logged in to The Sims Social? Let us know via our Fansite Facebook Page or in the Comments on top.
