More new items have been released today for the entire house. The Sims Social now presents to you: Astonish. In Decoration, Living, Kitchen, and Bedroom, there's a little Astonish for every part of the house.
The set features furniture in silver, brown, and black with the bedroom set boasting luxurious red pillows, which seem to be the only other color in this set. Some of the items are limited so get them as quickly as possible. We definitely know that the Sims loves to take things off as quickly as possible.
Part of the new decorations are the limited but they are also in parts. The four wall hangings (in order of their place in the series) are: Plains (Costs 12,500 Simoleons and Adds 7,400 house value), Lifetimes (requires level 35 Art skill, gives 1,250 house value), Exodus (3,500 social points and adds 7,550 house value), and Liquid (7,200 Simoleons, 5,500 house value).The best buy by far would be the Circle decoration. At 1,000 social points, the Circle may not seem much but it's definitely worth it's value when it adds 11,000 house value. Yes, 11,000. We do not yet know if this is a mistake by the developers or if it is the actual house value; but buy it now for this item might not last very long as it is an incredible advantage to you.
